Job summary

Mitsubishi Power is seeking a Deputy Project Manager to support the Project Manager through the full lifecycle—from bid through close-out—while coordinating planning, scheduling, budgeting, and deliverable management for gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, and HRSGs.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, at least four years of experience, proficiency with MS Office and SAP, and the ability to travel domestically.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field from a four-year college/university.
• Minimum four years of related project management experience.
• Ability to travel domestically and maintain a valid passport if needed.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting.
• Prepare for milestones and baselining of scope, schedule, cost, and resources.
• Coordinate internal/external meeting notes, actions, and deadlines.
• Monitor performance against baseline and develop customer-facing reports.
• Manage OEM scope execution and communications per contract requirements.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, procurement, and suppliers.
