Job summary

M.c.-Dean,-Inc. in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced on-site coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact between AWS, construction teams and OEM vendors, ensuring milestones are met through active progress monitoring and issue resolution.

You will drive busway inspection and PDC verification, perform daily site walks to identify blockers, manage documentation in Procore, and provide regular progress reports to AWS leadership.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with 5+ years of experience.
• Electrical background in data center or critical infrastructure preferred.
• Experience coordinating OFCI on large-scale projects.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and understand procedures.
• Strong vendor management and escalation skills.
• Experience with construction documentation platforms (Procore preferred).
• Deep technical knowledge is required.
