Job summary

U.S. Electrical Testing is seeking a skilled on-site Project Manager to coordinate construction and commissioning activities in Charlotte, NC.

You will serve as the primary liaison between AWS, contractors, and OEM vendors, ensuring milestones are met and documentation is accurate. Responsibilities include leading busway inspection, coordinating with OEMs, managing Procore records, and delivering weekly progress reports to AWS leadership.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (EE preferred) with 5+ years of experience.
• Extensive electrical background (data center or critical infra preferred).
• Experience managing OFCI coordination on large-scale projects.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and understand manufacturer procedures.
• Strong vendor management and escalation skills.
• Experience with Procore or construction documentation platforms.
• Deep technical knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily site walks to identify blockers, track progress, and elevate issues.

• Manage documentation quality and ensure Procore entries meet AWS standards.
• Drive accountability across subcontractor teams and elevate underperformance.
• Provide daily/weekly progress reporting to AWS leadership.
