**Location** The Deputy Program Manager plays a critical leadership role in supporting the overall management of a detention facility. This position ensures operational excellence across departments, promotes staff accountability, and upholds federal standards for detainee care and facility security. The Deputy Program Manager/ Assistant Facility Director acts as second-in-command and may assume full leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Program Manager.**Responsibilities** **Job Requirements**Hold an accredited bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline or have a minimum of three years of related industry experience.Have at least five years experience in correctional, detention, or law enforcement facility management.The official holding this position, even in an acting capacity, shall meet ACA requirements.
