HII-Mission Technologies is seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager to assist in the coordination and reporting of personnel and resources, workloads, and objectives and tasks for a US Air Force AWS cloud-based program. This involves the final integration and deployment of Zero-trust enabled, data centric, coalition information sharing functionality to DoD components, allies, and interagency partners.

What You Will Do

• In support of or when the Lead Program Manager is unavailable:
• Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Responsible for the profit and loss of a large complex program.
• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Responsible for serving multiple customers requiring developing and managing plans across several subcontractors.
• Responsible for overseeing a program contained at one primary geographic location however covering remote locations and multiple business functions and employees directly assigned to program.
• Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs.
• Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.

What We Are Looking For: Minimum Qualifications

• 8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 6 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant progressive experience.
• 9+ years of commercial or Government PM experience in DoD programs.

Preferred: Bonus Points For

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent

Physical Requirements

Job performance may require working in an industrial or shipboard environment. Normally not required to lift more than 40 pounds higher than three feet above feet/floor level.
