  • Ensure adherence to processes, procedures, standards, and policies by DSS 3.0 Contractor team personnel.
  • Oversee site security and surveillance procedures.
  • Manage contractor resources, scheduling, and training to maintain contractual performance obligations and staff relevancy.
  • Collaborate with DSS Contractor leadership to prioritize innovations, share survey results, and provide customer feedback.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in internal DSS Contractor meetings.
  • Align DSS solutions with the DSS business mission, desired outcomes, and IT strategy.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of operations management experience supporting IT service contracts with annual revenue of $30M or more (higher revenue preferred).
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with an Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility or current TS/SCI clearance.
  • Required Certifications: PMP and ITIL v4 Advanced certification.
  • Proven ability to manage daily operations for enterprise-level IT services contracts or task orders.
  • Experience managing desktop support services, including service desk, help desk, field services, user support, and endpoint services; remote support management experience is preferred.
  • Success in meeting deadlines and managing project planning and resource coordination.
  • Strong personnel management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate contractor teams across multiple locations.
  • Proactive problem identification and operational issue resolution skills.
  • Expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and frameworks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills, with experience collaborating across multiple government agencies and partners.
