Job summary

WarCollar Industries is seeking experienced Program Management professionals to support Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Technology, Enterprise Applications cybersecurity programs under HACS BPA Call Orders. These roles provide leadership, coordination, and program oversight to ensure contractual requirements, deliverables, and schedules are met.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in government contracting, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with government

Qualifications

Experience in program management for complex cybersecurity programs.
Ability to lead, coordinate, and oversee contractual requirements and deliverables.
Track schedules, staffing, risk, and reporting requirements.
Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders to support program execution.

Responsibilities

Support the PM with daily program management and staff coordination.
Serve as backup point of contact for the CO and COR when the PM is unavailable.
Track deliverables, schedules, quality reviews, and reporting requirements.
Support risk and issue management and elevate concerns as appropriate.
Contribute to transition planning and program knowledge management.
Assist in maintaining schedule adherence and ensuring quality deliverables.
Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders to support successful program execution.
