Position Summary

HF Programs are seeking a competent Project Manager to undertake administrative and program management tasks. This role offers the opportunity to influence processes, provide actionable insights, enhance business acumen, and guide the organization through change. The Project Manager will be a key member of the program management team, responsible for the success of multiple projects. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented problem solvers seeking a diverse and impactful role.

Primary Function

Lead project management efforts for specified new product development initiatives.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate with stakeholders (product management, engineering, manufacturing, customer support) throughout all project phases from concept to production.
  2. Monitor project schedule and costs by analyzing plans and specifications, estimating time requirements, and sequencing activities.
  3. Identify and recommend solutions for issues impacting project costs, schedules, or objectives.
  4. Maintain project schedules by tracking progress, coordinating activities, and resolving issues.
  5. Assist Senior Program Manager in reviewing project costs.
  6. Prepare status reports by analyzing information and trends, and recommending actions.
  7. Ensure a safe and clean work environment by following procedures and regulations.
  8. Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
  9. Assist in creating PMR slides and tracking Cost Status Reports.
  10. Input invoices and deliverables into the Wide Area Workflow system.
  11. Track and maintain contracts and their performance periods.
  12. Alert senior management about contracts needing attention.
  13. Act as backup liaison to the DCMA for deliverables to customers.
  14. Uphold company values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
  15. Adhere to the company's Code of Ethics and Conduct.
  16. Report quality problems or defects for corrective action.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree.
  2. Minimum of 4 years in Project and Team Management, Process Improvement, with strong personal project management skills.
  3. US Citizenship required.
  4. Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
  5. PMP certification preferred.
Physical Demands

Must be able to sit, talk, hear, and occasionally stand, walk, and use hands. May need to lift up to 10 pounds. Vision requirements include close, color, peripheral, and focus adjustment. Work environment is moderate noise.
