The DPM/Ops Manager is responsible for monitoring and controlling project activities throughout the entire lifecycle and deliver on-time product and services according to the customer requirements. The DPM/Ops Manager will work at customer premise and will lead day-to-day operations alongside senior-level customer management that are involved with the program efforts. The program team has responsibility for engineering and operations of technology solutions and platforms, which include network, collocation, strategic voice solution such as VoIP, and emerging mobility solutions in support of the customer's specialized mission requirements.

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, Program Management, or a related discipline, plus 10+ years of experience in information technology, telecommunications, or program management.
Ability to effectively work with and lead both direct and functionally aligned program stakeholders as part of a larger team charged with executing the contract deliverables and maintaining program operations. Excellent verbal and written communications skills and knowledge of federal government contracting & acquisition practices a definite plus. Must be a strong leader who is customer-oriented, and mission focused with the ability to effectively lead and develop team members at all levels.
