Job summary

SOSi is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to assist with oversight of a large intelligence services contract based in Tampa, FL. The role supports planning, execution, and coordination of intelligence analysis, operations, production, and analytic support while coordinating with Government customers.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years managing government programs of similar size and complexity, with active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and a Bachelor’s degree; PMP certification is

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility and polygraph required.
• 3+ years of experience managing government programs of similar size and complexity.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related area; PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior PM in day-to-day program operations to meet schedules and ensure resources are used efficiently.
• Manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk identification/mitigation; coordinate staffing, tools, equipment, and travel.
• Review deliverables for cogent arguments and adequate support for conclusions; assess rigor of analytic products.
• Ensure staffing levels meet/exceed Task Order requirements and maintain strong customer relations.
• Work independently with minimal oversight and engage with Government KO, COR, and Task Leads.
• Maintain knowledge of IC/DoD classification guidelines and proficient use of Microsoft Office.
