Moss is a Berlin-based SaaS scale-up driving AI-powered spend management for finance teams. We seek a Deputy MLRO to lead AFC/AML, ZAG-MaRisk compliance, and card fraud within a small, autonomous team.

You will support the Director of Compliance, own end-to-end duties, and help implement AI-driven workflows. German and English at C1 are required; 3+ years in AML/compliance; CCP/ACAMS are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AML/financial crime/compliance
• Experience with payments/e-money/fintech is a plus
• Knowledge of AMLR, GwG, FATF, EBA Guidelines

Responsabilités

• Lead AFC/AML, regulatory compliance (ZAG-MaRisk) and card fraud.
• Perform second-level controls, SAR reporting and EDD assessments.
• Develop and improve the compliance management system and procedures.
• Advise business units on regulatory implications of new products and services.
• Build AI-driven workflows to improve compliance efficiency and scalability.
