Are you a results-driven leader with a strong strategic mindset? Do you thrive in an environment where innovation meets operational excellence? We are looking for a Deputy Quality Manager to join our dynamic team in Jemmal Plant.

In this role, you will ensure quality efficiency, strategic planning, budget administration, and personnel leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic planning for the group within a short- to medium-term time frame.
  2. Oversee budget planning and compliance, ensuring financial efficiency in collaboration with the supervisor.
  3. Participate in personnel planning and recruitment of qualified professionals.
  4. Lead and support associates through technical and disciplinary leadership, making personnel decisions in coordination with HR.
  5. Set team goals and priorities, translating strategic objectives into actionable initiatives.
  6. Implement and refine guidelines, processes, and systems in the department/unit.
  7. Manage projects within the plant and drive continuous improvement measures in operations.
  8. Ensure quality assurance by overseeing testing on parts, aligning with technical drawings and standards.
  9. Conduct shift and operations planning, optimizing resources for efficiency and productivity.
  10. Monitor cost development, ensuring compliance with predetermined budgets and financial controls.
  11. Promote and enforce safety, health, and environmental protection regulations in accordance with legal standards.

Your Profile:

  1. Engineering degree in technical field (or equivalent qualification).
  2. 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
  3. 3-5 years of experience in quality and personnel management.
  4. Strong expertise in quality tools (8D Report, AMDEC, SPC, PLP, etc.).
  5. Knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 compliance standards.
  6. Fluency in English and German is an asset.
