Lunar Outpost is seeking a Deputy LTVS Program Manager to help shape the future of lunar exploration. You will support the orchestration of multiple spacecraft and ground activities, manage schedule, budget, and risks, and coordinate with NASA to deliver the Lunar Terrain Vehicle by 2029.

Onsite four days a week with potential remote Wednesdays, you will lead cross-functional teams, drive program efficiency, and ensure safety and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of project management or coordination experience in a technical/engineering environment including management of scope, schedule, and budget.
• Experience with Class A spaceflight missions, human spaceflight, or human-rated vehicle development.
• Strong leadership history and ability to align customer vision with company objectives.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• U.S. Person.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Program Manager in orchestrating multiple projects critical to the program's path.
• Manage program milestone reviews with defined success criteria and stakeholder feedback.
• Lead evaluation and maintenance of schedule, budget, technical goals, and milestone readiness with IPT Leads and Chief Engineer.
• Track KPIs across the program and interface with NASA for program status.
