Job summary

Lunar Outpost is seeking a Deputy LTVS Program Manager to help deliver a Lunar Terrain Vehicle by 2029 for NASA astronauts and payloads. Join a dynamic startup environment advancing humanity's lunar infrastructure and space exploration.

Lead cross-functional teams, manage schedule and budget, and coordinate with NASA to ensure program success while maintaining safety and quality across the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of PM experience in technical or engineering environments.
• Experience with Class A spaceflight missions or human-rated vehicle development.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• U.S. Person.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in orchestration of multiple projects on the critical path.
• Manage milestone reviews and track progress.
• Lead evaluation of schedule, budget, and goals with IPT Leads.
• Interface with NASA to communicate status and fulfill customer needs.
• Ensure documentation and data are accessible to stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance with policies and quality standards.
• Drive execution and risk management across teams.
