Texas Democratic Party in Corpus Christi, Texas, seeks a Deputy GOTV Director to lead a large-scale voter contact operation for the Texas Together 2026 Coordinated Campaign. You will supervise Regional GOTV Directors and Organizers, shaping strategy and ensuring field feedback informs decisions.

The role begins the week of August 17 and runs through November 15, 2026, with compensation at $6,500 per month and generous benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance plus stipends for cell

Qualifications

• Commitment to the Texas Democrats mission and values.
• Experience on a campaign, union, or related for 3 cycles.
• Administrative experience in Votebuilder, including account creation and script management.
• Access to a reliable car and driver's license.
• Access to a phone and laptop.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, and online databases.
• There are no formal education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Regional GOTV Directors through weekly one-on-ones and coaching.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, learning, and support across regions.
• Maintain daily check-ins, team chats, calendars, and reporting channels.
• Develop GOTV trainings and write guides for staff.
• Share priorities and plans to align field with campaign goals.
• Troubleshoot issues to keep programs running effectively.
• Support development of reporting structures and analyze results.
