Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Economics, Finance, or related field with at least 15 years of experience.
• Track record of leading teams and large projects.
• Strong network of financial market contacts in EMDEs.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities tied to macro developments.
• Experience in financial sector or official institutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of financial sector experts and economists in GA objectives.
• Oversee drafting of GFSR chapters and present findings to audiences.
• Provide intellectual leadership for GA research projects and the GFSR.
• Lead production of the Global Markets Monitor and related briefings.
• Supervise briefings for Fund leadership at G-7, G-20 and other meetings.
• Collaborate with departments on country- and region-specific risks.
