Qualifications

  • Current NC Professional Engineer credential and valid NC driver’s license.

  • Oversee operation and maintenance of water, wastewater, and collection systems.
  • Provide executive guidance on utility operations, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop CIP plans and manage contracts, procurement, and project execution.
  • Lead staff supervision, performance planning, and workforce development.
