Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Seven years of full-time management-level work experience in finance, human resources, engineering, law, social work, regulation, data processing, or program research or evaluation.
• Eleven years of full-time management-level work experience in finance, human resources, engineering, law, social work, regulation, data processing, or program research or evaluation.
• A combination of education and experience as described (see parts a/b).

Responsibilities

• Participate as a principal leader among the Transportation Development Division’s Senior Leadership Team by assisting the Division Director and representing the Director in their absence.
• Provide direct leadership and direction for bureaus in TDD: Systems Planning, Modal Transportation, Local Systems, and Research and Analytics.
• Collaborate with staff across all six Districts and other DOT divisions to improve planning and programming processes for effective development and implementation of plans and programs.
