Job summary

Impact Justice’s Housing Lab seeks a seasoned leader to run the THP program across multiple sites. You will supervise staff, manage projects and work plans, and drive operational excellence with data-driven decision making.

The role reports to the Director, supports external fundraising and expansion, and requires a strong commitment to justice, equity, and community collaboration in Oakland, CA. Hybrid, full-time position with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-role teams across sites and programs.
• Ability to translate strategy into work plans and priorities.
• Strong data-driven approach to program improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee THP day-to-day operations across sites.
• Supervise staff, manage projects and work plans.
• Lead internal communications and staff development.
