Job summary

The Data Program Deputy Director at the Green Mountain Care Board (GMCB) leads data governance, analytics, and reporting initiatives to support regulatory decisions and statewide health system data quality. This role collaborates across teams, guides complex projects, and helps shape the data-driven culture across Vermont's health system.

Under the Director, you will help plan budgets, coordinate with partner agencies, and develop long-range data strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with 4+ years in data project management, including 2+ years supervisory.
• Eight+ years in data-related project management, including 2+ years supervisory.
• Preferred: Master's degree in social science, business, public administration, computer science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in managing strategic, programmatic, and organizational change initiatives.
• Oversee collection, storage, processing, analysis, and reporting of critical health system data across GMCB.
• Collaborate with GMCB leadership and partner agencies; help develop long-range data plans and budgets.
