Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field.
• 12+ years of engineering or technical program management experience.
• Experience driving programmatic execution in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
• Hands-on experience with project and performance management, integrated master scheduling, and budget management.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex technical and programmatic information and communicate across all levels.
• Proven track record of identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and driving issue resolution.
• Ability to operate, make decisions, and drive progress in complex environments.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Commitment to trust-building, inclusion, and a positive culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead programmatic health and ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget.
