Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in urban planning, Public Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Licensed Architect or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in building code administration, community development or planning, with 3+ years in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Community Development in executing department operations.
• Promote safe and sustainable development and ensure code compliance.
• Foster community growth and provide leadership guidance for department operations.
• Collaborate with city council, boards, and staff to implement policies.
