Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree (MBA, MPA, MPP, or related field) strongly preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in operations, program management, or fundraising.
• Experience supervising staff and managing budgets with multiple funding streams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Center's chief operating officer and oversee three units.
• Design and execute the Center's funding strategy and fundraising pipeline.
• Manage relationships with government, corporate, foundation, and academic partners.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, and expenditures; coordinate with SP2 finance and research administration.
