Provides comprehensive clerical support for judicial and court services operations within a judicial circuit. Prepares case files for all case types (criminal, civil, traffic, juvenile), records, scheduling, courtroom documentation, data entry, and public-facing office functions to support efficient court operations and staff caseload management. Duties may include:
Graduation from high school or possession of a GED Certificate. Post High school education, including secretarial, computer and transcription training is desirable. Work experience of one (1) year of clerical, court-related, or general office support experience; or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
Successful completion of a criminal background investigation is required for employment.
