Maintain case fileInformation, which may Include: determininggeneral case categories; assigning case numbers; entering data from case files; and other related activities.
Prepares court notices, subpoenas, sentences, and warrants by legal standards in assigned areas of responsibility.
Attend court sessions and maintain an official record of recommendations and sentencing. Maintain caseloads and scheduled for assigned court.
Accurately assess finesandfees,balance,andprepare bankdeposits. Accurately enters and transmits data to outside agencies by the law. This position also requires the completion of other duties as assigned.
Advanced knowledge of relevant Federal and Georgia laws, regulations, and Court Rules about the Juvenile Court
Knowledge of County and Court policies and procedures skill in operating modern technology and systems
