The ideal candidate combines strong customer service with fiscally prudent management and a track record of inclusive leadership. Ten years in municipal administration and a public admin degree are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum ten (10) years in municipal administration with progressive responsibility.
• Bachelor’s in Public Administration or related field; Master’s preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work with City Council, staff, and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate staff work and operating departments.
• Collaborate with County, state, and federal agencies; manage media relations.
• Develop and implement short and long-range city goals and capital plans.
