• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Partner with CISO to define and execute security strategy, roadmap and priorities.
• Act as deputy and escalation point for CISO, including with executives and board.
• Build, mentor and lead security engineers and architects.
• Own security budget planning, vendor/tool evaluation and resourcing decisions.
• Provide hands-on technical review of security architecture across cloud platforms, apps, APIs, and infrastructure.
• Lead threat modeling and architecture reviews for major systems and new initiatives.
• Drive secure-by-design practices into SDLC and CI/CD pipelines with DevOps leadership.
• Lead or oversee response to major security incidents with root-cause analysis and remediation planning.
