The employee works in a temperature-controlled environment. Must be able to read and speak English fluently, possess cognitive skills for math, reading, computer skills, and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff. Vision and hearing must be adequate for near, mid, and far distances, and low to high pitch sounds. The role involves sitting for 70% of activities with minimal physical activity. Risks include exposure to computers (6-7 hours/day), lifting up to 20-30 pounds, and potential exposure to blood, body fluids, and infectious diseases.
