Job summary

CBSL Transportation Service, Inc. seeks a Depot Manager to plan, direct and coordinate depot operations. This role reports to the Operations Manager and focuses on safety, quality, productivity and profitability of departmental activities.

You will ensure high service levels for customers and drive continuous improvement across the depot. Responsibilities include supervising mechanics, welders and operators, managing staffing, and enforcing company policies while promoting a positive culture and

Qualifications

• Familiarity with FMCSR, DOT and OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Hazmat handling knowledge and regulatory awareness for transportation operations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate depot operations to meet quality and safety standards.
• Monitor performance, productivity and profitability; implement improvements.
• supervise mechanics, welders and operators; handle hiring, training and discipline.
• Enforce safety, quality and training programs; uphold regulatory compliance.
