Job summary

CNH Industrial Group in Indiana is offering an internship in Depot Operations & Materials Technology to support continuous improvement, analyze performance of warehouse automation like AutoStore and Pick & Flow, and collaborate with operations, materials, engineering and IT to drive efficiency.

You will collect data, develop reports and dashboards, map material flows, and assist with testing and implementing process improvements across the depot network.

Qualifications

• Pursuing at least a Bachelor's degree (or higher) is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of depot operations and warehouse automation systems (AutoStore, Pick & Flow).
• Collect and analyze throughput, inventory movement and system utilization data.
• Map material flow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders and communicate findings.
• Support testing, implementation and validation of approved process improvements across the depot network.
