Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Depot Management Documentation Team Leader to oversee inbound inventory processes, coordinate team activities, and ensure accurate warehouse records. This role emphasizes leadership, adherence to safety standards, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced logistics environment.

The position requires 2–3 years in inventory control or warehousing, strong Excel and WMS skills, and the ability to lead a team in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of inventory control or warehouse experience.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Excel/Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate inbound activities from sellable products to consumables.
• Train inventory team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor inbound activities and discrepancies (shortages, overages, damages).
• Maintain inbound records in the WMS system.
• Implement and improve inbound procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and resolve inbound-related issues quickly.
• Train employees on all Inbound procedures and participate in 5S Management.

Do you have experience in leading and coordinating inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock levels and coordinating inventory activities. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Lead and coordinate inbound activities which goes from sellable products & packaging to consumables.Lead and train inventory team members to ensure accuracy and efficiencyMonitor inbound activities & discrepancies (shortages, overages, damages)Perform regular inbound auditsMaintain accurate inbound records in WMS systemImplement and improve inbound procedures and best practicesEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirementsIdentify and resolve inbound-related issues quickly to minimize operational impactTrain employees on all Inbound procedures & participate to 5S Management

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED; 2–3 years of inventory control or warehouse experience; Prior leadership experience preferredSkills:May require lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods. Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds; Good or corrected vision; Ability to add and subtract. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lead and direct a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Time management and organizational skills.
