CEVA Logistics is seeking a Depot Management Documentation Team Leader to oversee inbound activities, train staff, and maintain accurate inbound records in the WMS. You will monitor discrepancies, implement improvements, and ensure safety and policy compliance in a dynamic warehouse environment.

You will lead a team to optimize inventory control, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the depot.

Qualifikationen

• Education or GED required with 2–3 years in inventory control or warehouse role.
• Prior leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.

YOUR ROLE

Are you known for your leadership skills and passionate about warehouse logistics and organization? Do you enjoy working in a clean and efficient warehouse environment? Do you have experience in leading and coordinating inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock levels and coordinating inventory activities. If so, we have an opportunity that would allow you to lead inventory team members improves processes, and ensures compliance with company standards and safety regulations

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Lead and coordinate inbound activities which goes from sellable products & packaging to consumables. Lead and train inventory team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Monitor inbound activities & discrepancies (shortages, overages, damages). Perform regular inbound audits. Maintain accurate inbound records in WMS system. Implement and improve inbound procedures and best practices. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Identify and resolve inbound-related issues quickly to minimize operational impact. Train employees on all Inbound procedures & participate to 5S Management

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED; 2–3 years of inventory control or warehouse experience; Prior leadership experience preferred. Skills: May require lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods. Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds; Good or corrected vision; Ability to add and subtract. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lead and direct a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Time management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control processes. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and reporting tools. Characteristics: Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds; Ability to read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents; Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. May require flexible hours, including weekends or shifts
