Job summary

First State Community Bank is seeking a quick learning, positive and energetic Deposit Services Teller. You’ll be the jack-of-all-trades for deposits, transactions and opening accounts, and you’ll be the friendly face customers rely on.

You’ll help customers with deposits, check cashing, and basic account services while upholding FSCB values in a collaborative environment. Teamwork, accuracy and excellent service are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus but not required.
• Prior cash handling experience preferred.
• Prior sales experience a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• General clerical and office technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for completing transactions or opening accounts.
• Process deposits, check cashing, and other transactions accurately.
• Provide answers and solutions tailored to customers' financial needs.
