Job summary

First State Community Bank is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Community Banker to handle everyday transactions and help customers open new accounts. You’ll be the first face customers see, building relationships and representing FSCB’s values with pride.

You’ll proactively educate customers on FSCB products, support financial well-being, and collaborate with a team in a stable, growth-oriented environment. Weekend/extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Teller/cash handling experience is desirable.
• Basic math or accounting skills.
• Computer experience.
• Exhibits strong customer service skills.
• Sales experience is desirable.
• Availability to work weekends or extended hours as needed to run the business.
