Job Description

This position is located at 324 North Fourth Street, Indiana, Pa 15701, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including additional hours as needed.

Function: Performs various duties in the Bank's Operations area to support the Retail division and other departments' daily activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The employee will be responsible for:

  1. Managing deposit services across three pods: Consumer Documents, Non-Consumer Documents, and Maintenance & Support, including:
  2. Updating account and customer information, such as account type changes and transfer setups.
  3. Ensuring compliance with IRS, Ohio, and Pennsylvania regulations, including escheat and notice activities.
  4. Reviewing reports for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  5. Updating account addresses and processing deposit documentation like signature cards and trust agreements.
  6. Verifying system coding and importing documentation into Optima for retrieval.
  7. Assisting with branch inquiries, training staff, and handling exceptions.
  8. Performing departmental duties such as answering phones, handling mail, and maintaining good relationships with colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of general experience.

Physical Demands: Operating electronic devices, reaching, bending, twisting, sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds, with specific percentages of time allocated to each activity.
