Equity Bank is seeking a Deposit Operations Specialist in Wichita, KS, to join our deposits team. This on-site full-time position focuses on accurate account operations, regulatory compliance, and providing excellent service to clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Conduct internal reviews of accounts to ensure proper coding and regulatory compliance.
• Document exceptions and collaborate with branch locations to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Process account maintenance requests from customers and branch personnel.
• Provide knowledgeable support to bank locations regarding deposit account questions.
• Deliver excellent customer service in all interactions.
• Adhere to all bank policies, including the Business Ethics and Conduct Policy and Bank Secrecy Act requirements, and complete all required compliance training.

Responsibilities And Expectations

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Required Skills & Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze information, investigate issues, and drive resolution
• Proficiency with computer usage
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Communicates clearly, confidently, and professionally

Preferred

• 2+ years of banking experience
• Proficiency with Windows‑based computer systems
