Qualifications

• College degree in business or finance or 5+ years in financial services.
• 3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Related banking or deposit operations experience preferred.
• Analytical experience and capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage CIF maintenance and core system updates for accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee specialty product administration, including account settlement and rate maintenance.
• Maintain data quality across deposit documentation and client agreements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with internal policy for deposits.
• Partner with Treasury for accurate interest rate program administration.
• Establish, monitor, and report KPIs related to accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Retail Administration, Commercial Support, Treasury, and Customer Care on deposit servicing.
• Recruit, train, and develop specialists within the Deposit Account Services & Governance functions.
• Conduct regular performance coaching and reviews to ensure engagement and productivity.
• Build succession planning and career development opportunities.
