Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews for signature cards and related documents for new and existing deposit accounts.
• Review CIP information and ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
• Verify ownership details and ensure proper documentation for businesses, POA, trusts, etc.
• Ensure accuracy and timely processing of account reviews, including holds and changes.
• Identify and address discrepancies between system records and electronic documents.
• Support banking centers with errors or corrections as needed.
• Adhere to customer service level expectations and processing timelines.
• Maintain proficiency with banking policies and applicable laws through training.
