Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking an entry-level Deposit Quality Control Specialist I to perform quality control reviews on deposits and payments across branches, Member Services Support and Deposits and Operations. You will collaborate with QC team members to report issues and help track improvements in reported concerns.

You will develop compliance mindset, participate in creating new QC processes, and support other departments in monitoring and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with 0–2 years of relevant experience is required.
• Must obtain ACU compliance certification within 24 months of hire if not already certified.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical and research skills are essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organization skills required.

Responsibilities

• 70% - Review deposits and payments to detect process errors affecting regulatory/compliance.
• 20% - Prepare and distribute QC reports to stakeholders and management.
• 10% - Identify process monitoring needs and help implement solutions.
