Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Quant Analytics Manager to drive deposit pricing analytics across the retail line, with a focus on CDs. You will own strategic analytics and develop insights that inform pricing decisions and deposit trends.

You will build dashboards, translate results into clear narratives for senior leadership, and collaborate with pricing strategy, finance, marketing, risk, and product teams to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data and analytics, finance, pricing, treasury, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL and at least one analytic tool (SAS, Python, or Alteryx).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven ability to query large-scale datasets to solve highly complex problems.
• Demonstrate confidence and passion for using data and analytics.
• Advanced knowledge of data visualization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, strategic analytics to determine impacts of pricing actions with a focus on CDs and elasticity testing.
• Establish yourself as the firmwide subject-matter expert on CD data and be the go-to resource for CD questions.
• Translate analytical results into visual narratives and present to senior leadership.
• Use transaction data to gauge yield-seeking behavior and macroeconomic trends on deposit balances.
• Partner with pricing strategy, finance, branch network, marketing, risk and product teams.
• Develop interactive dashboards for self-serve data access.
• Monitor competitors’ deposit pricing changes and broader economic trends.
