Job summary

Cbutah in Utah is seeking a Full-Time Deposit Operations Support Specialist to handle daily deposit account maintenance, transaction processing, and customer support, with an emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.

You will support multiple programs used by deposit staff, assist with inquiries, and occasionally cover teller and CSR roles while maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• CSR experience preferred, but we turn no applicant away.
• Experience with Bankrite Touch necessary.
• Knowledge of Excel helpful.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable and organized.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• General knowledge of core banking programs.

Responsibilities

• Support daily deposit operations including account maintenance and transaction processing.
• Provide customer support and research related to deposit accounts.
• Fill in at teller, CSR, CRB, and CSCS positions as needed while ensuring compliance.

Position: Full-Time Deposit Operations Support Specialist

Department: Deposit Operations Support

Schedule: Monday – Friday Alternating Schedule

8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

About the Role

The Deposit Operations Support Specialist supports the daily operational functions related to deposit accounts, including account maintenance, transaction processing, research, and customer support. This position provides support for all programs used by deposit personnel in the offices. Deposit Operations Support Specialists support offices and departments with deposit-related questions, assist with transactions and account changes, and help maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulations, including monitoring and follow up as necessary. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, confidentiality, and a commitment to providing excellent internal and external customer service.

The Deposit Operations Support Specialist also fills in at the teller, CSR, CRB, and CSCS positions as needed.
