Qualifications

• Three or more years banking experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Interpretation of Bank policies and procedures to correctly assist internal clients.
• Attention to detail and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with different types of banking software.
• Knowledgeable in financial institution operating policies and procedures and state and federal banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and works 'Account Services' emails and 'service events'.
• Reviews fraud detection system for suspicious activity.
• Handles client issues that are CIF and deposit related.
• Works with and monitors reports including CIF, new accounts, CDs, closed accounts, fee waivers, large items, Reg CC, Reg D and others.
• Processes non-post items, overdraft items and deposit item returns.
• Balances general ledger accounts and assists with foreign currency transactions and related items.
• Assists with tracking and documentation on legal items.
• Processes lockbox and other client services.
• Scans and inputs client information.
• Ensures compliance with all deposit related regulations.
