Qualifications

• Minimum three years of bank operations experience.
• Tax reporting experience preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of wire transfer functions, ACH processing and NACHA rules/regulations.
• Proficiency with PC software tools for reports, audits and analysis including automated wire transfer software, Fiserv products and Cash Management software.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily processing of refunds and money movements with regulatory compliance.
• Audit responsibilities subject to regulatory oversight.
• Process Stop Payment requests and dormant account removals.
• Handle credit card rebates and transaction monitoring with accuracy.
