POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of this position is to perform a variety of deposit operations functions that support accurate, efficient, and compliant processing of member transactions and account services. The Deposit Operations Representative I is responsible for electronic transaction processing, account maintenance, transaction research, exception resolution, and regulatory support. The representative also serves as a resource for branch and member-facing teams by resolving inquiries, maintaining documentation, supporting fraud and dispute-related matters, and supporting new products, procedures, and process improvements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND SUPPORTING DUTIES:
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Required Education: Four-year high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience: 1-3 years of deposit operations or related financial institution experience.
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Required Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of deposit products, services, and applicable regulatory requirements. Working knowledge of ACH, EFT, and check processing.
