The focus of this position involves careful, deliberate, and precise work. It requires a systematic and patient approach to handling factual and technical information, often working independently. Success in this role demands high-quality, accurate work with a disciplined and conscientious attitude. It is primarily task-focused, with minimal social interaction, and involves detailed scrutiny and a high level of expertise.
You will analyze, research, and resolve debit card disputes and chargebacks within required timeframes, ensuring compliance with Regulation E and Visa regulations while minimizing losses. Responsibilities include following up with clients, communicating investigation results, processing fraud alerts and travel requests, and maintaining knowledge of relevant regulations and policies. Building rapport with clients and colleagues and adhering to compliance standards such as BSA and OFAC are also essential.
