Position Overview: Card Support Specialist I

You will analyze, research, and resolve debit card disputes and chargebacks within required timeframes, ensuring compliance with Regulation E and Visa regulations while minimizing losses. Responsibilities include following up with clients, communicating investigation results, processing fraud alerts and travel requests, and maintaining knowledge of relevant regulations and policies. Building rapport with clients and colleagues and adhering to compliance standards such as BSA and OFAC are also essential.

Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong client service skills
Desired Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Experience with debit and ATM card products
Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of applicable policies and regulations
