TEKsystems is seeking two experienced Deposit Operations Analysts to support deposit operations and core banking implementations within a financial institution environment. You will serve as SME for DDA operations, handling account configuration, processing, testing, validation, and conversion activities.

This role requires detail-orientation and the ability to work independently with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in deposit operations and DDA configurations.
• Experience supporting core banking conversions, implementations, or mergers.
• Strong knowledge of deposit account parameters, setup, maintenance, and configuration.
• Experience supporting deposit operational processes and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day deposit operations, including account maintenance and processing.
• Configure and validate deposit account parameters and product settings in core banking systems.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve deposit-related operational issues.
• Provide SME for DDA products, processes, and operational workflows.
• Assist with testing: planning, execution, defect resolution, validation of functionality.
• Support implementation, conversion, and go-live activities for core banking projects.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to support delivery.
• Document procedures, testing results, and implementation outcomes.
• Support readiness before and after conversion events.
• Ensure compliance with policies and banking regulations.

Description

We are seeking two experienced Deposit Operations Analysts to support deposit operations and core banking implementation initiatives within a financial institution environment. These professionals will serve as subject matter experts in Demand Deposit Account (DDA) operations, supporting account configuration, operational processing, issue resolution, testing, validation, and conversion activities. The ideal candidates will have strong experience in back-office deposit operations and a proven ability to support complex banking implementations, system conversions, and operational readiness efforts. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day deposit operations activities, including account maintenance, servicing, and operational processing.
• Perform configuration and validation of deposit account parameters and product settings within core banking systems.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve deposit-related operational issues and exceptions.
• Provide subject matter expertise for DDA products, processes, and operational workflows.
• Assist with testing activities, including test planning, execution, defect resolution, and validation of system functionality.
• Support implementation, conversion, and go-live activities related to core banking projects.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation activities to ensure operational accuracy.
• Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, and technology resources to support successful project delivery.
• Document procedures, testing results, operational findings, and implementation outcomes.
• Support operational readiness efforts before and after conversion events.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational controls, and banking regulations.

• Wire transfer processing experience.
• Electronic Image Processing (EIP) experience.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
