Job Description:

Position Overview:
We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our team with data processing and administrative tasks. This is a contract position with an initial timeline of 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST (flexible within this window)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work independently to complete assigned tasks
  • Utilize email systems for communication and task management
  • Conduct basic online research as needed
  • Navigate and operate multiple software applications (training provided)
  • Collect, process, and analyze data to support data-driven decision-making
  • Perform data entry, including copy-pasting between systems
  • Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt and learn new systems quickly
