Job summary
Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced Deployment Support Operations Planner and Analyst to oversee unit movement planning and deployment readiness. You will work with multinational, Joint, Army, and commercial partners to develop mission-focused deployment strategies and supervise execution of mobilization activities.
The role emphasizes advisory expertise, collaboration across agencies, and ensuring operational readiness for complex deployment scenarios.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of mobilization and deployment operations experience.
- Experience with Installation Transportation Office (ITO) / CTO / DTO teams.
- Knowledge of ICODES and related deployment tools.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- HS diploma or GED on record.
- Completion of ALP or ICODES JALP course.

As a Deployment Support Operations Planner and Analyst, you'll bring your transportation and mobility expertise to determine and assess operational deployment readiness requirements and backgrounds to collaborate with thought leaders in multinational, Joint, Army, and commercial agencies on projects for unit movement operations. You'll use your skills as you plan, organize, and supervise the preparation and execution of unit movement and deployment operations. - 10+ years of experience executing Mobilization Operations, Deployments Operations, Sustainment Operations, Redeployment Operations, Combat Training Center (CTC) rotations, Deployment Readiness Exercises (DRE), and Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) exercises
- Experience working with an Installation Transportation Office (ITO), Corps Transportation Office (CTO), Division Transportation Office (DTO), or Composition III (COMPO III) Deployment and Distribution Support Teams (DDST)
- Knowledge of the Integrated Computerized Deployment System (ICODES)
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Completion of an Air Load Planner (ALP) or ICODES Joint Air Load Planner (JALP) Course
- Experience as an air load planner
- Experience with Airlift Integration Interface (A2I) for air load planning and validation
- Knowledge of TC-AIMS II introduction, access, and functions
- Completion of Army Transportation School TC-AIMS II Course
- AMMO-62 Hazardous Material Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
