Ambrook is rebuilding the financial infrastructure that independent operators rely on, giving owners clear visibility into profitability and capital decisions.
The Deployment Specialist will work with a portfolio of Full Service customers, building tools, AI agents, and templates that scale with our growth, translating data into forward-looking insights for executives.
You’ll sit in the product operations team, move fast, and decide what to automate or embed in product.
Ambrook helps American family-run businesses become more profitable and resilient. From volatile markets to climate shifts, independent operators face mounting pressure. While sustainable investments often yield the best long-term returns, they require financial clarity and capital that fragmented legacy systems can’t provide.
We are rebuilding the financial infrastructure that independent operators rely on. By replacing paperwork with modern tools for accounting, banking, and spending, Ambrook gives owners the data they need to prove viability to lenders and the next generation. We empower the stewards of land and labor to make confident investments in their future.
We’re a Series A startup backed by Thrive Capital, Dylan Field, and Homebrew . We’re looking for early team members to help us untangle the intersection of American industry, climate, and the economy.
Ambrook has grown from 100 to 8,000 customers in the last 18 months. As a Deployment Specialist on the Services team, you’ll be building the infrastructure to help our most strategic users get even more value out of the product and their financial data, in a way that can scale with our next 12 months of growth. Your mission is to deeply understand our customers, and then build the tools, agents, and templates that will enable them to get real insight out of their financial data.
You’ll start by advising a portfolio of customers—sitting with owners over their P&Ls, building payback models on capital decisions, and translating messy operational data into the kind of forward-looking view a good financial analyst gives their executive team, except your executive teams are independent businesses across America. Then, because you’re doing the work firsthand, you’ll decide what should get built into the product, what an agent or automation can handle, and what should keep living with you or a Services account manager.
We have ambitious goals to democratize access to the best AI tools that large finance organizations have at their disposal, enabling the SMB operators we work with to get the same level of financial insight without an entire back office team. This isn’t a customer success or bookkeeping role; it’s closer to embedded strategic finance, where you’re building the tools to make a “fractional CFO” accessible to business owners of all sizes.
So if you nerd out about accounting or finance and have built your own tools, agents, or automations to make financial insight easier to get to, this role is for you. You’ll sit inside our product operations team, and we’ll trust you to move fast and use your own judgment about how to solve a problem—whether that’s with the team, an agent or process template, or the product itself.
You come from strategic finance, FP&A, consulting, accounting, banking, or business analysis, and you’re looking to see more direct impact from your work. You’ll also have:
