Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in merchandising, project planning, retail stores, or consulting.
• 1+ year in process development, strategy development, or project management.
• Experience working with project teams and cross-functional groups.
• Experience data management and utilization (e.g. Excel).
• Strong communication and professional writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and provides instructions to Store Operations for merchandising resets and corporate projects.
• Coordinates writing of project details and delivery through communications and meetings.
• Works cross-functionally to align service and project activities across departments.
• Consults with managers regarding resets and planning needs for Store Operations.
• Utilizes large data sets (store lists, labor, budgets, inventory) to prepare deployments.
• Provides planning, work plans, data sets, and communications for project completion.
• Supplies labor estimates and scope of work to deployment teams and analysts.
• Coordinates with vendors and field employees through all project phases.
